The Ronstan Series 60 Core Block™ Fiddle is a versatile solution for various sailing applications. It features a tuned 2-stage bearing system that provides excellent performance across the full working load range. The block is equipped with an integrated thrust bearing feature and can handle high dynamic or static loads. The durable construction includes an Acetal sheave, alloy cheeks, and stainless steel fixings, ensuring reliability and a long service life. This block is ideal for sheets, halyards, and control line applications for both cruising and racing.

The Universal Bearing system incorporates a proven 2-stage bearing system. Under moderate loads, Acetal ball bearings minimize friction, while under heavy loads, a sliding Acetal bearing on a polished stainless steel race maintains low friction performance. The ball bearings also act as a thrust bearing, preventing the sheave from rubbing on the cheeks, which is particularly important for cheek blocks.

The block cheeks are made from high-quality alloy for maximum strength, with a cut-away design that minimizes weight and allows easy rinsing of salt and debris. The integrated becket through the hub of the lower sheave accommodates a maximum line diameter of 11.5mm.

Ideal for mainsheet, halyard, and spinnaker sheet applications on boats up to 11m (36ft) and various control line applications on larger yachts. Alloy sheave models are available for use with wire.
