Hempel's Multicoat is a semi-flat 1-component primer, ideal for use above the waterline where a durable semi-flat finish is desired, such as on decks, bilges, and storage areas. It can be applied to most surfaces and is highly durable and resistant to water and oil. Suitable as a complete coating system on new or unprotected wood. The first coat should be thinned by 20%, the second coat by 5-10%, and subsequent coats applied undiluted.
