A semi-flat 1-component primer, ideal for use above the waterline where a semi-flat and durable finish is desired, such as decks, bilges, and storage spaces. Can be applied to most surfaces and is highly durable and resistant to water and oil. Also suitable as a complete coating system on new or unprotected wood. First coat thinned 20%, second coat 5-10%, other coats unthinned.
