The patented Ballslide™ system features low profile cars that run on twin races of acetal ball bearings. These cars utilize the existing luff groove of the mast, eliminating the need for additional tracks or installation work. The ball bearings are captive, allowing for easy loading and unloading of cars from the mast. They are versatile, easily switching between fully battened and 'soft luff' mainsails. The minimal distance from mast to mainsail luff enhances mainsail efficiency. With a comprehensive range of car profiles and feet, the Ballslide™ system offers solutions for most mast profiles and luff groove shapes on boats up to 12m (40ft). Bushes can be permanently sewn into webbing loops on the mainsail luff.

Features include captive ball bearings, low profile, lightweight alloy car bodies, and quick-release pins. Suitable for narrow feet N1-N7, it is designed for monohulls up to 12m (40ft) or sail area 38m² (409ft²), and multihulls up to 9m (30ft) or sail area 30m² (323ft²).
