Description

Durable anchor line made of 3-strand polyester with stainless steel thimble. The polyester line is ideal as an anchor line because it sinks, is wear-resistant, and has enough elasticity to absorb forces during anchoring, such as from waves.

• The required length of the anchor line is determined by the water depth and the prevailing wind strength. Generally, about 5 times the water depth is used as the length for the anchor line. In light winds, less line can be used, while the length can increase to 7 times the water depth in strong winds (wind force 5 and above).
• The diameter of the line is determined by the boat's length and weight. Polyester 3-strand 12 mm: for ships up to about 10 m with a weight up to 4000 kg.
• The anchor line is delivered on a small compact spool.
