Description
A semi-flat 1-component topcoat primer, ideal for use above the waterline where a semi-flat durable topcoat is desired, including decks, bilges, storage areas, etc. Can be applied to most surfaces and is very durable and resistant to water and oil. Also suitable as a complete coating system on new or unprotected wood. First coat thinned 20%, second coat 5-10%, other coats unthinned.
